Equipment Diagnostics Department

   Expert examination (technical diagnosis) and technical inspection
   of machines, mechanisms, high-risk equipment and their elements:
     boilers, turbines, steam and hot water pipelines, vessels.

   Quality control of welded joints and base metal of TPP and NPP
   equipment elements:

       non-destructive control methods:
         visual-optical;
         magnetic;
         capillary;
         ultrasonic;

       destructive control methods:
         mechanical tests;
         metallographic studies;
         hardness measurement;
         styloscoping of steels.

   Study of microdamage of bends by the method of replicas
   and directly on the equipment.

   Conducting input control of equipment metal during installation.

   Assessment of the technical condition of the metal of power
   equipment based on the results of control, determining the
   possibility of its further operation and forecasting the resource
   of the TPP and NPP equipment.

   Carrying out calculations on the strength and seismic resistance
   of TPP and NPP equipment and pipelines.
