Technical audit, survey, examination, design and commissioning
of water treatment equipment for industrial water at TPPs and NPPs:
- Coagulation, Flocculation in Clarification basins
- Softening and Desalination Plants (chemical, distillation and ultrafiltration);
- Dosing Automation Systems for Chemical Reagents Lime, Soda, Caustic Alkalis,
Acids, Inhibitors, Antiscalants, Biocides, etc.);
- Technological Water Supply Ssystems;
- Sewage Treatment Plants or Stations.
Algorithmic Automation and Monitoring of Complex Processes of
Water Treatment Equipment:
Drawing up a complete model of salt accumulation and control of their entry into the saturated
and overheated tympanic membrane high pressure boilers;
Drawing up a model of retention of the protective magnetite layer in once-through boilers from the regime
dosage of chemical oxydaizen reagents (mainly, oxygen) depending on the parameters of the boiler.
Drawing up a model of circulation cooling systems according to scale-formation and corrosion indices
(Langelier, Rizner, Larson-Skold, Pakorius etc. ) for online monitoring of the quality of cooling water.
Chemical Cleaning (during pre-commissioning or standard usage) of thermal power equipment and their
subsequent passivation or preservation on determined time (from 1 month up to 6 month) and for long time
preservation (6 month and more) .
